Zoho One pricing: which licence fits you?

Zoho One comes in two licence models. Choosing the right one often matters more to your total cost than the implementation itself.

All-Employee pricing
₹1,800 ₹1,250per employee / month, billed annually
₹2,500 per employee / month on monthly billing
Every employee on payroll must be licensed. The lowest price per user, and the best fit when most of your team will use Zoho every day.
Flexible User pricing
₹3,500per user / month, billed annually
₹4,000 per user / month on monthly billing
License only the people who need Zoho, in any number. A higher price per user, but cheaper when only part of a large workforce uses the apps.
